Welcome to Day 1 of the Raising Nourished Girls Interview Series!
My vision for this interview series was to connect with inspiring "world changer" women experts and thought leaders from all over the globe.
By creating a space where we can learn how to better support, empower and nourish our pre-teen/teen girls ( and YOU MOMS) I believe that anything is possible!
In these educational, empowering and connective interviews below we discuss our girls "everything changing" as it relates to their overall health, puberty, confidence, emotional wellness and joy.
Don't forget to join the (optional) private facebook group for moms where we'll continue the conversation!
Our first interview today is with Denielle Finkelstein.
Denielle Finkelstein is the co-founder & President of TOP the organic project. She spent 22 years in fashion retail at Ann Taylor, Coach, Kate Spade and most recently as the Chief Merchant at Talbots. Over 2 years ago, at the height of her career, she took the biggest risk both personally and professionally and walked out of her job. She recognized that she was looking for more purpose and also to be more present for her family.
She joined her cousin and co-founder, Thyme Sullivan, to launch TOP the organic project. They both have daughters and when looking for better and healthier period products, they came up empty handed and this is when TOP was born. We are so lucky to build a brand together as family, as moms, as women and as friends. We have set out to create a brand of organic cotton products that empower women and girls and most importantly are better for you, better for the planet and better for others.
